About the role
- Enforce all applicable laws, gaming regulations, and company policies fairly and consistently
- Supervise Security Officers during assigned shifts to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with investigations and incident reporting as directed by leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks to guests, team members, and company property
- Detain individuals with probable cause for notification of law enforcement or state gaming officials
- Maintain company-wide key controls and monitor access to restricted areas
- Support training and development of security staff to ensure professionalism and compliance
- Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies to safeguard assets, guests, and team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) years of related work experience in the security field
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR certification
- Preferred: Previous experience in a casino or resort environment
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent standing, walking, and mobility throughout the property
- Physical agility, balance, and endurance for prolonged activity
