About the role

  • Support and maintain compliance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
  • Manage and maintain the Title 31 Compliance Program, ensuring accurate capture of currency transactions, daily audits, and timely filing of Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
  • Support the Director of Compliance in maintaining the Know Your Customer (KYC) program, including patron reviews and risk rating.
  • Conduct AML investigations, including customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
  • Analyze exception reports and transaction discrepancies, providing recommended actions to leadership.
  • Work with internal teams to develop monitoring criteria for detecting unusual activity.
  • Identify and investigate suspicious activities using system data, preparing detailed SAR narratives.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external partners regarding AML obligations.
  • Assist with AML audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Support continuous development of AML programs, training materials, and system capabilities.
  • Conduct routine assessments of Responsible Gaming compliance with Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission standards.
  • Assist with compliance-related investigations, audits, and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy of records, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, file maintenance, and report preparation.
  • Foster positive team member relations and cross-department collaboration.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, ethics, and demeanor.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Two (2) years of experience in gaming, banking, or auditing preferred
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, mediation, and consulting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database research
  • Ability to sustain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
