Security Engineer

• Ensure safety and security of guests, team members, and company property.
• Complete detailed incident and investigative reports in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests in all interactions.
• Assist with the secure transfer of money and chips from the casino floor.
• Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Enforce casino policies, procedures, and compliance with NRGC regulations.
• Stand assigned post for extended periods as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding daily activities and incidents.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and backup calls.
• Control access to restricted or secure areas of the facility.
• Maintain clear radio communication throughout assigned shift.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
