• Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
• Execute casino promotions and special events, assisting guests and ensuring smooth event operations
• Ensure all promotional and event areas are properly stocked, decorated, and secured after each event
• Display, distribute, and recover collateral materials for promotions and events
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely communication for event execution
• Represent the casino professionally at off-property events and promotions, including travel as required
• Set up, operate, and dismantle promotional equipment such as audio systems, banners, and staging
• Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for digital, social media, and on-site promotions
• Maintain prize inventories and oversee prize distribution during events
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and pre-shift briefings
• Adhere to the established marketing and promotions schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned
