About the role
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the Operational and Program Support Services contract
- Ensuring timely and quality performance in alignment with the Department of Commerce’s requirements
- Ensuring compliance, coordination of resources, and provides strategic oversight for staff augmentation support across various bureaus and functional areas
- Lead execution of task orders and ensure alignment with contractual requirements
- Manage performance, schedules, and deliverables for staff augmentation personnel
- Serve as primary liaison between federal personnel and contractor teams
- Facilitate strategic sourcing reporting and ensure timely submission of financial and status reports
- Participate in post-award and progress meetings, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly
- Ensure staff report to duty within ten (10) business days from task order issuance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal program management, including staff augmentation contracts
- Proven leadership and contract oversight skills in a federal environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with FAR regulations and IDIQ/T&M contract structures
- Knowledge in strategic sourcing, reporting, and performance metrics
