Responsible for managing assigned project(s) in security management and threat analysis throughout their full lifecycle
Develop the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents
Participate in contract negotiations and oversee the delivery of the project plan
Proactively manage the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications
Deliver high level technical tasks in area of discipline while managing and reviewing project documents and reports
Provide complex level technical and operational support for client services relating to all aspects of transit/rail/port/aviation security
Conduct Threat, Vulnerability & Risk Assessments (TVRAs) and Design Basis of Threats (DBT) reports
Develop end to end Security Programs in accordance with DHS/TSA, FTA and FRA guidelines, rules and regulations
Lead the development of credible design basis threats and conceptual mitigations
Provide security oversight, including the implementation of all applicable system security programs, plans and requirements
Prepare emergency preparedness plans for clients; support project teams by performing emergency preparedness training to client employees
Propose conceptual security improvements to meet client needs and close those gaps

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
In lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in security management
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in the field of security and/or operations or relevant experience in a transportation security environment
Certification in Security – American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification
Experienced and well-versed with the principles and tenants of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
