About the role
- Administrative support for the commercial departments
- Systematic recording of incoming invoices and invoice verification
- Coordination and organization of appointments, meetings and travel
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including minute-taking
- Preparation and formatting of presentations and reports
- Support for internal projects
- Support to the commercial department in organizing and implementing internal communications
- Assistance with planning and organizing company events, conferences, trade fairs or workshops
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an office clerk, industrial clerk or event manager, with basic accounting knowledge
- Clear, concise and respectful communication with different departments and levels of hierarchy
- Organizational skills, reliability and accuracy
- Fast learner / quick comprehension
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
