About the role
- Support scheduling of key handovers, ensuring coordination with the client’s space/site and organizing unit inspections.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests via the technical assistance customer service channel, clarifying questions, checking schedules and providing updates on ongoing service visits.
- Schedule services and assist in organizing the operational team’s calendar.
- Send NPS surveys to clients and assist with outreach to collect feedback.
- Update and maintain the database with essential information for calculating the area’s performance indicators.
- Assist with the issuance and verification of invoices.
- Support the management of the area’s administrative expenses.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
