About the role

  • Support scheduling of key handovers, ensuring coordination with the client’s space/site and organizing unit inspections.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests via the technical assistance customer service channel, clarifying questions, checking schedules and providing updates on ongoing service visits.
  • Schedule services and assist in organizing the operational team’s calendar.
  • Send NPS surveys to clients and assist with outreach to collect feedback.
  • Update and maintain the database with essential information for calculating the area’s performance indicators.
  • Assist with the issuance and verification of invoices.
  • Support the management of the area’s administrative expenses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
