About the role

  • Independent responsibility for a fixed portfolio of clients in tax advisory and annual financial statements
  • Tax structuring advice for medium-sized companies and international clients
  • Optional: Professional leadership of a committed team – you are the main contact and a mentor
  • Review of tax assessments and negotiations with tax authorities
  • Support during tax audits and appeals proceedings
  • Training and further development of junior colleagues (e.g., tax assistants, audit assistants)
  • Participation in special projects, e.g., due diligence reviews, corporate restructurings or digitalization initiatives
  • Regular exchange with our HLB network partners – both nationally and internationally

Requirements

  • Completed tax advisor exam (qualified tax advisor)
  • Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience in tax advisory
  • Enjoyment in leading teams and developing employees
  • Client orientation and enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong knowledge of DATEV
  • Interest in digitalization and automation
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Analytical thinking and an eye for detail
  • Team spirit, empathy, strong communication skills and self-initiative
