About the role

  • Build and further develop our Finance-IT area – including acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
  • Technical onboarding of our clients in the compliance area
  • Implement smart solutions in the accounting and payroll space
  • Set up and optimize interfaces, upstream systems, portals and platforms
  • Rethink digitalization and automation – contribute your ideas and implement them
  • Consult with substance – act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients

Requirements

  • Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or completed vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, IT systems salesperson)
  • Initial experience in tax advisory or commercial administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting or DATEV is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and purposefully
  • Structured, reliable way of working – and a good sense of client needs
  • Enjoy building a new area and eagerness to take on responsibility
  • Team player (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for shared success
