About the role
- Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound channels like email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Initiate first contact with prospects, spark interest, and clearly communicate the client’s value proposition.
- Set up qualified meetings and demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handovers.
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date, tracking every interaction and lead status.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account executives to hit team targets.
- Report on outreach performance and suggest improvements to boost conversion rates.
Requirements
- You’re fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) and comfortable switching between both daily.
- You have experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or a similar role (nice to have, not mandatory).
- Your English and Arabic communication skills are strong, full business-fluent (C1 level).
- You’re confident making calls and engaging prospects, including US-based clients.
- You’re organized, persistent, and not afraid of rejection—it fuels you.
- You’re comfortable using CRM tools, Google Spreadsheets, or eager to learn fast.
- You’re motivated, coachable, and excited to grow a career in sales.
