About the role

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through outbound channels like email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Initiate first contact with prospects, spark interest, and clearly communicate the client’s value proposition.
  • Set up qualified meetings and demos for the sales team and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Keep CRM data clean and up to date, tracking every interaction and lead status.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account executives to hit team targets.
  • Report on outreach performance and suggest improvements to boost conversion rates.

Requirements

  • You’re fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) and comfortable switching between both daily.
  • You have experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or a similar role (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Your English and Arabic communication skills are strong, full business-fluent (C1 level).
  • You’re confident making calls and engaging prospects, including US-based clients.
  • You’re organized, persistent, and not afraid of rejection—it fuels you.
  • You’re comfortable using CRM tools, Google Spreadsheets, or eager to learn fast.
  • You’re motivated, coachable, and excited to grow a career in sales.
