About the role

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets in both English and Arabic.
  • Review and validate information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging and correcting any errors.
  • Handle daily backoffice and administrative tasks such as document processing, record keeping, and data organization.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams, ensuring data is clean, structured, and easy to understand.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders via email or chat in English and Arabic to clarify missing or unclear information.
  • Follow defined procedures and workflows while meeting quality standards and turnaround times.

Requirements

  • You have **strong English and Arabic skills** (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and organized – accuracy is your superpower.
  • You have experience in data entry, backoffice, administration, or similar roles (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • You’re comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel and web-based tools; CRM experience is a plus.
  • You can stay focused on repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
  • You’re reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.
