About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via written channels only (email, chat, tickets, social platforms).
- Provide clear, friendly, and accurate support in both English and Arabic, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues by following internal guidelines and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Keep records up to date by documenting interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent solutions for customers.
- Maintain high quality standards, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Continuously learn about the client’s products, services, and updates to better assist customers.
Requirements
- ✍️ You have experience in customer service or a strong interest in written customer support.
- ✍️ Your English is at **B2 level** (written), and your Arabic is **C1–C2 level** (written), with excellent grammar and clarity.
- ✍️ You’re comfortable communicating only in writing—no calls or voice support involved.
- ✍️ You’re detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
- ✍️ You’re familiar with CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, or are quick to learn new systems.
- ✍️ You can manage multiple conversations at once while staying organized and calm.
- ✍️ You’re proactive, reliable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
