About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee the implementation of Generative AI use cases including natural language processing and computer vision, leveraging your experience and knowledge in this domain.
Provide expert guidance and support in designing, developing, and implementing Generative AI solutions, prompt engineering strategies to guide the foundation model's behavior and generate desired outputs.
Take ownership of project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product vendors, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and ensure smooth integration into existing IT systems.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and enable end-users to effectively leverage solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT application implementation.
Strong proficiency in generative AI models, deep learning frameworks, and expertise in leading end-to-end implementation of generative AI solutions.
In-depth knowledge of prompt engineering techniques to shape and control model outputs.
Experience in fine-tuning language models.
Knowledge of model deployment and efficiency optimization.
Familiarity and understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Alibab, GCP) and knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
