Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related curricular focus
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
1+ years of experience in a Professional Services Organization
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience leading people and processes
Strong expertise in general ledger management
Demonstrated experience preparing working papers and driving month-end close process
Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks
Experience partnering with external auditors
Hands-on experience overseeing payroll and accounts payable operations
Proficiency in ERP and payroll systems; Vantagepoint experience is a plus
