Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or other STEM field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction Claims and Dispute Consulting including Litigation Support, Expert Reporting, and Client Management.
Minimum of 5 years of Construction experience in: Construction Management, Delay Analysis, Project Scheduling, Project Controls, Construction documentation such as contracts, change orders, Construction Change Directives, Change Order Requests, Request For Information, submittals, daily reports, schedules, meeting minutes, etc.
Analyzing large volumes of data using Microsoft excel.
Primavera P6 or similar tools, with high levels of proficiency
Strong people management and development skillsets
