About the role
- Ensure and enforce compliance with internal controls across the organization
- Oversee the timeliness and quality of the annual audit process
- Monitor and assess compliance of other departments where risks exist
- Propose quality improvements in processes and reporting
- Serve as a regular point of contact for the ARC on behalf of the Supervisory Board
- Conduct internal audit assignments and present findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
- 3-6 years of experience in financial controlling, auditing and investigation
- Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
- Demonstrated investigation skills, particularly regarding integrity issues
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
- Proficiency in financial systems, audit tools, and related software applications
