About the role
- Create and edit communication content for internal and external platforms.
- Execute communication plans and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Manage brand positioning and contribute to brand development strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and communication metrics.
- Prepare and edit documents for publication.
- Support project and portfolio management activities.
- Guide team alignment and manage performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational communication policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations.
- Minimal of 3 years of managerial experience supervising teams and processes.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Dutch, German, Spanish is a plus.
