Executive Assistant

• Own and manage complex diaries of CEO and CPO, acting as gatekeeper
• Proactively streamline schedules to prioritise strategic work
• Organise national and international travel, including last-minute arrangements, and manage budgets and agendas
• Prepare and manage expense claims for the CoFounders
• Book meeting rooms, source off-site venues and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
• Attend meetings when required to take diligent notes and track action points
• Provide personal support to CoFounders: manage personal appointments, family commitments, personal travel and ad hoc errands
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to support board and executive team meetings, quarterly planning, strategic offsites and company milestones
• Support internal communications by ensuring key messages and draft comms are reviewed by CoFounders in a timely manner
• Support team engagement activities, company-wide events and socials as required
