About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage technical support teams or act in project management within the ICT infrastructure area
Ensure operational sustainment of technologies within the Storage and Microsoft Datacenter Solutions category
Perform monitoring activities for infrastructure services
Analyze system and infrastructure requirements
Lead and structure project management within the technical scope
Perform basic written communication and read technical documentation in English for interactions with manufacturers via support tickets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or completed specialization in Information Technology
Professional experience in Information Technology
Active experience managing technical support teams or IT infrastructure project management, preferably in large companies and high-availability environments
Relevant certification or experience supporting one of the technologies that comprise the Storage and Microsoft Datacenter Solutions service category
Certification or documented training in ITIL Foundation v3 or higher; equivalent trainings accepted with proof
Technical ability to query and analyze in SIEM tools such as Splunk (SPL), Microsoft Sentinel (KQL), Elasticsearch (EQL) or similar solutions
Practical knowledge of Git, including command-line usage and operations such as commit, pull and push
Technical English knowledge applied to IT, with the ability to perform readings and basic written communications
Solid knowledge in project management and monitoring of IT infrastructure services
