About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including refining job profiles, screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate documentation for technical positions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and project-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and regulations.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including technical skill assessments and cultural fit analysis.
Manage and update recruitment reports and databases using tools such as Excel.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends in the technology sector.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably with a focus on government contracts and IT consulting.
Deep knowledge of the technology sector and hiring specifics for government projects.
Experience with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing/hunting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Advanced proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Solid knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize high volumes of work, stay organized, and work to tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in companies that work with the public sector.
Knowledge of government contract management systems.
