About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop applications using Low-Code platforms, following established architecture and development standards.
Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in backlog refinement with business and development teams.
Implement new features, fixes and enhancements in applications.
Integrate with APIs, databases and corporate systems.
Create and execute unit tests to ensure delivery quality.
Identify, analyze and fix defects reported during development and acceptance testing.
Ensure applications comply with security, performance and development best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of technical quality.
Support release, deployment and production support processes for applications.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promoting effective communication and alignment across areas.
Contribute to the evolution of development practices, automation and technological innovation.
Support the training and upskilling of team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing on Low-Code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps or similar).
Knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented principles.
Experience integrating systems via REST and/or SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience with data modeling.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (for customizations when required).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
Experience creating and executing unit tests.
Knowledge of software development best practices, quality and security.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Certification on the Low-Code platform used (e.g., OutSystems Associate Developer, Mendix Intermediate Developer or Microsoft Power Platform).
Knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of test automation.
Experience in digital transformation projects.
Experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools.
Technical English for reading documentation.
