About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and Support for Analytical Data Platforms: Perform installation, monitoring, configuration and operational support of Big Data/Data Warehouse platforms (such as Teradata Vantage) and corporate databases of the Central Bank of Brazil.
Execution of Routines and Permissions Management in DBMS: Execute queries and DML/DDL commands not controlled by automated models, create access credentials, maintain scripts, and grant or revoke database permissions.
Performance Analysis and Diagnosis: Investigate and diagnose errors, failures or slowdowns in applications that access the databases, handle support tickets and provide support to the solution infrastructure.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field + Postgraduate degree or MBA in the area of expertise;
Technical English proficiency;
ITIL Foundation v4 (or higher) certification or training.
