About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate services, requests, projects and the flow of ticket queues, ensuring quality and the full operation of workstreams.
Supervise team performance, lead staff, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, apply corrective actions for deviations, and ensure required qualifications.
Plan and manage internal work schedules and on-call rosters (including 24x7 coverage and shift rotations), ensuring coverage inside and outside the standard service window.
Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact between the Contractor's teams and the Central Bank's staff.
Manage the dissemination of technical knowledge by organizing training, promoting knowledge transfer, onboarding new professionals, and tracking the team's training and development plan.
Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage the lifecycle of service orders, and follow up on critical incidents with external suppliers.
Communicate the Central Bank's policies and directives to the team and control administrative access, immediately report terminations, and ensure the return of badges and tokens within three business days.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, plus a postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area.
Technical English proficiency.
ITIL Foundation v4 certification or higher (or equivalent training).
