Agile Analyst (Mid-level)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, facilitate and ensure the effectiveness of agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
- Ensure ceremonies have clear objectives, are productive and deliver concrete outcomes.
- Identify impediments affecting team productivity and work to remove blockers in collaboration with the involved areas.
- Escalate impediments when necessary and anticipate risks and dependencies that may compromise deliveries.
- Support teams in applying agile principles and values.
- Develop team autonomy and maturity, fostering collaboration, transparency and a collective sense of responsibility.
- Guide leaders, Product Owners and stakeholders on agile practices, methods and frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze agile metrics such as Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability and Flow Efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support decision-making through analysis of metrics and performance indicators.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and process improvement.
- Facilitate the implementation of actions defined in retrospectives and encourage practices that increase operational efficiency.
- Encourage innovation and the continuous evolution of work processes.
- Work in partnership with Product Owners and managers on backlog prioritization and dependency management across teams.
- Contribute to alignment between strategy, planning and execution of initiatives.
- Disseminate the agile mindset across all levels of the organization, supporting digital and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Act as a change agent, influencing the adoption of agile practices and the evolution of organizational culture.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology areas, promoting alignment among teams, leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Certification: PSM I, CSM or Kanban
