Digital Marketing and Product Performance Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain analytical models to track operational, financial, and customer experience indicators;
- Perform in-depth diagnostics of churn, ARPU, content consumption, and customer behavior by segment;
- Support pricing decisions, offer positioning, and commercial strategies based on data;
- Work closely with BI, IT, and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and availability;
- Monitor market benchmarks (streaming, pay TV, and OTTs) and identify best practices applicable to the portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis applied to marketing and product management;
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar);
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in the telecommunications, pay TV, OTT, or streaming sectors;
- Familiarity with key industry metrics: churn, LTV, ARPU, CAC, NPS, consumption, and engagement;
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of campaigns and offers.
