About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop end-to-end features, from the frontend (Ionic) to the backend (Java + Spring);
Work on distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability and security;
Work with SQL databases, RESTful APIs and integrations with cloud services (AWS);
Participate in technical and architectural decisions in partnership with the team;
Write clean, testable and maintainable code, applying engineering best practices;
Use Docker and Kubernetes in continuous delivery pipelines;
Review code, collaborate on the team’s technical growth and support less experienced colleagues;
Contribute to the evolution of agile processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot on the backend;
Experience with Ionic (or other Angular/TypeScript-based frameworks) on the frontend;
Proficiency with relational databases (SQL);
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS, etc.);
Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and with a results-oriented mindset;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Good communication skills and team spirit;
Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
