About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the team respects and follows agile values and practices;
Protect the team by ensuring it does not overcommit to what it can accomplish during a Sprint (a timeboxed period within which a set of activities must be completed);
Remove any impediments raised by the team during those meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology;
Strong experience in leadership and agile methodologies;
Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) - Scrum.org;
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum Alliance;
Scrum Foundation Certified (SFC) - ScrumStudy;
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) - PMI;
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) - Scrum Alliance.
