About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Developing components, automations and integrations
- Planning and executing tests
- Quality assurance and validation of deliverables
- Managing deployments and releases
- Version control and pipelines
- Change governance and environment stability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Experience with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud)
- Knowledge of native tool customizations and configurations
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs, etc.)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, events, middleware such as MuleSoft or similar)
- Work with functional, integration and regression testing
- Exposure to test automation (advantageous)
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of deployment, release and change governance processes
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of data modeling and development best practices
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, etc.) and MuleSoft (desirable)
