About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support agile teams in adopting and applying agile practices in their day-to-day work, promoting small, continuous improvements to processes.
Collaborate in identifying and logging impediments, supporting facilitators (Scrum Masters, Agile Masters) in resolving them.
Assist in organizing agile ceremonies (such as dailies, reviews, and retrospectives), ensuring meetings occur regularly and remain focused on their objectives.
Help collect data and update basic team performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience working in roles related to agile methodologies.
Valid certifications, such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), II (PSM II) or III (PSM III)
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Lean Agility
Experience implementing large-scale agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
