About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the management of the organization's strategic projects, ensuring delivery within the defined schedule, scope, cost and quality.
Plan, monitor and control project schedules, KPIs, risks, budgets and resources.
Serve as the focal point between technical teams, business units, clients and executive stakeholders, promoting alignment and continuous communication.
Establish and oversee project governance, including executive meetings, management reports, status reports and action plans.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering engagement, collaboration, development and high performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, methodologies and project and operations management tools.
Ensure adherence to agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, among others).
Support strategic decisions through analysis of indicators, risks, operational capacity and project performance.
Manage priorities, conflict resolution, scope changes and critical escalations.
Contribute to defining operational strategies and evolving the company's governance model and PMO.
Prepare executive presentations and management reports for the board and clients.
Ensure projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Proven experience in project management, operations or leading multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and PMBOK.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar.
Experience in managing KPIs, tracking schedules, risks and budgets.
Leadership ability, executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience preparing management reports and executive presentations.
Analytical, organized, proactive and results-oriented profile.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in corporate environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategic Management, Technology or related areas (desirable).
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL or Lean Six Sigma (desirable).
Experience managing technology projects, digital transformation or software development (desirable).
Experience in agile environments and managing multidisciplinary squads (desirable).
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Confluence, SharePoint and Monday.com (desirable).
Experience with project financial management and performance indicators (KPIs) (desirable).
Experience in governance processes, PMO and risk management (desirable).
Experience in technology, telecommunications, consulting or software factory companies (desirable).
Knowledge of DevOps practices, continuous improvement and digital transformation (desirable).
Intermediate or advanced English (desirable).
