Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic role in operational controllership and third-party management;
Responsible for the full Purchase Requisition (PR) cycle and direct interface with integrated suppliers;
Focus on financial planning through cost provisioning, analysis of Technical Commercial Proposals (PTC), validation of measurements and monthly closings, and billing release;
Actively serve as a business partner to the operations team, implementing continuous improvement projects to reduce bureaucracy and accelerate the contracting process for new services.

What you’ll need

Previous experience in procurement routines, controllership, contract management, or facilities;
Intermediate level in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and filters);
Basic knowledge of cost provisioning, cost centers, and cash flow.
Experience with large-scale ERPs (SAP);
Knowledge of agile or process methodologies;
Experience in analysis and reconciliation of commercial proposals (PTC).
