Key responsibilities & impact

Gather business requirements from users;
Identify technical improvements;
Attend business meetings to understand new requests;
Participate in technical meetings to discuss new solutions;
Understand the requested business requirements;
Monitor the defined service level objectives;
Technical alignment (monitoring, facilitating, and defining new solutions);
Strategic alignment on the optimal way to implement solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis;
Ability to identify best practices, risks, assumptions, and project constraints;
Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write queries when needed;
Knowledge of PHP and Python;
Experience with source control and project management tools such as Git and Jira;
Knowledge of Octane for updating and managing test evidence;
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and Entity Framework;
Interest and/or experience with innovation and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions applied to everyday process optimization.
