About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage incoming requests with quality for the responsible team
Maintain good relationships with the team and the client
Ensure high-quality deliveries within deadlines
Maintain a steady work pace for the development team by resolving blockers, anticipating risks that could impede progress, and ensuring adherence to work processes and the principles and practices of agile methods
Also responsible for the team's administrative activities, such as monitoring result measurement indicators (IMR).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT, or any undergraduate degree with postgraduate studies in IT
Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master on IT projects
Knowledge of object-oriented development
Experience coordinating, supervising, or supporting teams
Software requirements analysis and elicitation
Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban
Experience in systems development projects
Experience in overseeing public contracts
Business Process Management, workflow and BPMN
Knowledge of software testing practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
