About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map and analyze contracts, ensuring adherence to scope, schedules, costs and quality;
Support project governance by monitoring timelines, risks, KPIs and results of ongoing initiatives;
Coordinate the area’s forecast and budget planning, aligning resources and targets with strategic objectives;
Serve as an interface with area managers to track resources (OPEX and CAPEX) and support decision-making;
Manage the flow of hiring and necessary validations for projects, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines;
Monitor the lifecycle of IT projects, controlling costs, schedules, deliverables and risks, budgeted vs. actual;
Periodically update and revise projections and estimates for each project in collaboration with managers;
Prepare performance reports and comparative analyses between forecasts, plans and achieved results, and develop action plans to address variances;
Prepare and manage analyses and defenses of the HLEs (High-Level Estimates) for all projects that make up the area’s Strategic Programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in preparing projections, planning and monitoring projects (forecast and budget);
Experience analyzing results and performance indicators;
Preparation of accounting results; Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP;
Knowledge of accounting and management fundamentals, especially the Income Statement (DRE/P&L);
Experience in project management and governance;
Power BI; experience in the Telecom industry.
