About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the team understands and correctly applies Lean-Agile values, principles, and practices.
- Support the team in using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid practices.
- Promote self-management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments that impact the team's productivity and predictability.
- Protect the team from undue external interference.
- Create an environment of psychological safety, trust, and transparency.
- Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Support and prepare the team for at-scale events, such as PI Planning, etc.
- Support dependencies between teams and coordinate deliveries.
- Promote Built-in Quality practices.
- Help the team manage flow, WIP, and predictability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Experience with facilitation and conflict mediation.
- Ability to operate in environments of change and ambiguity.
- Holds one of the following certifications:
- - CSM
- - PSM
- - SAFe
- Knowledge of the SAFe framework.
