About the role
- Elicit, analyze and detail functional and business requirements;
- Act as Product Owner in monitoring and controlling the product;
- Manage and prioritize requests with business areas and stakeholders;
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists;
- Work together with Data Engineers on the evolution of the Data Lake;
- Prototype solutions and flows using Figma;
- Prepare functional documentation and product specifications;
- Monitor product evolution with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Support decision-making through analysis of business needs;
- Work with agile and traditional methodologies to drive deliveries;
- Negotiate deadlines, scope and alignments with clients and involved areas;
- Lead initiatives and support the development of solutions in complex environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in IT OR at least six certifications in the area of expertise or in agile methodologies;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Test Analyst, Systems Support, or Requirements Analyst;
- Experience in eliciting and documenting functional and business requirements;
- Experience in product management and monitoring of digital products;
- Experience with agile and traditional project methodologies;
- Experience prototyping solutions using Figma;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Knowledge of data environments and integration with Data Engineering teams;
- Knowledge of data architecture and Data Lake concepts;
- Experience negotiating deadlines, scope and making decisions;
- Experience preparing documents and writing oriented to function points;
- Experience with government contracts;
- Good communication, analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
