About the role
- Analyze data to generate strategic insights and support decision-making;
- Develop and model complex dashboards and panels to identify business and market trends;
- Perform data modeling to build analytical solutions;
- Conduct exploratory analyses and data quality validations;
- Collect, process, clean, and transform data into structured, relevant information;
- Collaborate with product teams and business areas to gather requirements;
- Use and enhance solutions on analytical platforms and BI tools;
- Support the evolution of the data architecture (Data Lake / medallion architecture).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in IT, or certification(s) in the area of expertise or in agile methodologies;
- Proven experience in data or BI roles;
- Experience with data modeling and analysis;
- Experience building dashboards and reports;
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Looker, Metabase or similar);
- Knowledge of data integration tools (PowerCenter, Talend or similar);
- Experience with SQL;
- Experience with Python;
- Experience with BigQuery;
- Experience with DBT;
- Knowledge of techniques for data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation;
- Familiarity with analytical platforms;
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and critical thinking.
