About the role
- Monitor data loads and updates in Qlik solutions.
- Resolve incidents related to performance and user access.
- Support the updating and maintenance of KPIs and analyses in production.
- Assist end users and business teams with operational inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a bachelor's degree in any field with postgraduate studies in Information Technology.
- Experience in support and operational maintenance of Qlik Sense or QlikView.
- Practical knowledge of integration with SQL databases and BigQuery for data updates.
- Technologies: Qlik Sense/QlikView, SQL, BigQuery, dashboard support.
- Languages/Skills: Qlik Script, SQL; knowledge of ETL, database integration via ODBC; possible use of Python for automation.
- Previous experience supporting BI for public sector organizations (desirable).
