About the role

  • Define and maintain the architectural vision for the SAFe Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Support the construction and evolution of the Architectural Runway
  • Participate in PI Planning, supporting the definition of enablers and technical dependencies
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and data guidelines
  • Define integration standards (REST APIs) and architecture
  • Work closely with teams to enable sustainable technical solutions
  • Support technical decision-making during PI execution
  • Act as a technical facilitator between the business, teams, and corporate functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong experience in IT solution architecture
  • Previous experience in agile environments, preferably with SAFe
  • Advanced knowledge of REST APIs (design, integration, versioning, and security)
  • Experience with clusters, high availability, and load balancers
  • Knowledge of LDAP, DNS, and corporate infrastructure services
  • Experience with data governance and defining technical standards
  • Ability to create and maintain evolving architecture (intentional and emergent)
  • Architectural documentation skills and ability to communicate with multiple teams
  • Experience as a System Architect / Solution Architect in an ART (desirable)
  • Knowledge of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and Architectural Runway (desirable)
  • Experience in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt (desirable)
  • Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) (desirable)
  • Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) (desirable)
  • Familiarity with microservices and integration with legacy systems (desirable)
  • SAFe certifications (SA, SASM, SAFe Architect) or cloud certifications (desirable)
