About the role
- Ensure the team respects and follows agile values and practices;
- Protect the team by ensuring it does not overcommit to what it can accomplish during a Sprint (the time-boxed period in which a set of activities must be completed);
- Remove any impediments raised by the team during those meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT;
- Solid experience in technical leadership and agile methodologies.
- One of the following certifications or equivalent:
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) - Scrum.org;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum Alliance;
- Scrum Foundation Certified (SFC) - ScrumStudy;
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) - PMI;
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) - Scrum Alliance.
