About the role

  • Produce and analyze management and strategic reports;
  • Support the execution of activities and interact with partner areas to collect and validate information;
  • Identify and resolve outstanding issues autonomously;
  • Automate processes and reports to improve efficiency;
  • Participate in allocation projects and in the management of performance indicators;
  • Transform existing reports for improved data analysis;
  • Demonstrate proven experience with Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel;
  • Analyze and create Power BI reports that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education: Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query;
  • Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and indicator analysis;
  • Familiarity with project management and activity tracking tools is desirable;
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of process automation focused on optimizing manual and repetitive tasks (VBA, Power Automate);
  • Familiarity with project management and activity tracking tools.
