About the role
- Analyze and identify potential systemic issues reported by users in the supported systems used by the client, applying workarounds with SLA-compliant response times to ensure quality of end-user support;
- Diagnose and classify issues identified during incident analysis;
- Document issues to build a knowledge base for incident handling by the OGS team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Knowledge of analysis and development of PL/SQL and Shell scripts;
- Knowledge of file transfer tools and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, and Connect:Direct;
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix;
- Knowledge of Zabbix and Dynatrace;
- Professional experience in Support/Production teams;
- Desirable:
- ITIL certification;
- English language proficiency;
- Knowledge of the Python programming language;
- Professional experience in TELECOM companies or providing IT services to the telecom sector.
