About the role

  • Actively develop software solutions, directly participating in the construction and maintenance of critical systems;
  • Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices, code reviews, and technical quality;
  • Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance;
  • Make technical decisions aligned with the company and product strategy;
  • Support the engineering team in the adoption and use of modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability);
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and product areas, ensuring solutions deliver business value;
  • Contribute to the technical growth and training of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Solid experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead;
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL);
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.);
  • Experience with Ionic or other hybrid mobile app frameworks;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
