About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide quality assurance for the development, operations, and maintenance of HITRUST service and product lines.
Work closely with the product development team to provide accurate problem analysis, short-term fixes and recommended enhancements and testing.
Interact with multiple divisions across Engineering and HITRUST to resolve issues.
Examine production software and perform ongoing testing and analysis of performance, user experience, and security requirements.
Define and document product testing and acceptance procedures following established best practices, including automated and manual methods.
Perform regression, and integration testing as part of the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to test automation efforts and build automated test scripts using selected testing frameworks (ex. Playwright).
Coordinate with Engineering teams, including product development, architecture, and customer support to resolve unexpected issues and deviations from quality standard.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
A deep understanding of software testing standards and best practices in an Agile environment.
A deep understanding of Web technologies.
Experience with issue tracking and process management tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and version control tools (ex. GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).
Extensive experience with all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, accessibility, and regression testing.
