Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and lead the TPRM sales engine: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across providers, payors, and healthcare ecosystem players
  • Drive revenue growth: Own pipeline creation, deal strategy, and bookings for the TPRM business
  • Recruit and scale a high-performing team: Leverage your network to hire top-tier enterprise sales talent
  • Engage in strategic deals: Personally lead and close the most important opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally: Align with marketing, product, and customer success to create a seamless customer journey
  • Develop repeatable motion: Establish clear sales processes, metrics, and operating discipline
  • Activate the ecosystem: Work with assessors, partners, and customer advocates to drive demand and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven VP-level or senior sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets in healthcare IT, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance
  • Deep understanding of TPRM, cybersecurity, or regulatory-driven solutions
  • Strong network of enterprise sales talent —you know who to hire and how to recruit them
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, not just inherit them
  • Comfortable selling to CISOs, CIOs, CROs, Procurement, and Boards
  • Data-driven operator with a bias for action and accountability
  • Known for being both strategic and hands-on in deals
