About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Open doors at the highest levels: Use your network of CISOs, CIOs, Risk, and Procurement leaders to create meaningful executive introductions
  • Facilitate strategic conversations: Engage in peer-level discussions on cybersecurity, TPRM, and regulatory pressure, and position HITRUST as the standard
  • Host and lead executive roundtables: Curate and moderate high-value discussions with healthcare leaders across the country
  • Represent HITRUST externally: Speak at industry events, conferences, and private forums as a thought leader
  • Support GTM success: Partner closely with our sales and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline and influence strategic deals
  • Advise internally: Provide feedback to our leadership team on market dynamics, customer needs, and product direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Former Healthcare CISO, CRO, or Head of TPRM with deep industry credibility
  • Trusted advisor with a strong executive network across providers, payors, and healthcare ecosystem players
  • Comfortable operating in boardrooms and peer-level settings
  • Passionate about improving cybersecurity and risk management across healthcare
  • Natural storyteller who can translate complex risk concepts into business value
  • Energized by influence, impact, and relationship-building (not just execution)
