• Handle full spectrum of HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and offboarding
• Manage HR daily routine and employee relations (group insurance, health check-up, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
• Support employee relations, training arrangements, company events, and employee engagement activities
• Support HR functions, projects, and initiatives as directed by supervisor
• Manage administrative tasks: office supplies, document filing, contract management, and meeting support
• Coordinate with vendors for office facilities, equipment maintenance, and repairs
• Assist in office environment management, purchasing, asset control, company cars, and mobile management
• Arrange travel affairs with travel agency (booking accommodation, visa, flights, transportation, working permit)
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
