About the role

  • Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and improved reporting capabilities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to sales teams, including performance tracking, report preparation, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Assist in resolving inquiries and issues from the sales team to maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the market, industry trends, and the company’s grid automation portfolio to effectively support sales initiatives.
  • Leverage various sales tools and software to improve operations and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to continuously improve sales outcomes.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Drive change and foster alignment across teams to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing & Sales function such as Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
