About the role
- Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
- Maintain and optimize the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and improved reporting capabilities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to sales teams, including performance tracking, report preparation, and onboarding of new team members.
- Assist in resolving inquiries and issues from the sales team to maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
- Develop a solid understanding of the market, industry trends, and the company’s grid automation portfolio to effectively support sales initiatives.
- Leverage various sales tools and software to improve operations and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to continuously improve sales outcomes.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Drive change and foster alignment across teams to support evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing & Sales function such as Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
