About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, plan, and implement sourcing strategies for temporary labor, aligned with the global category and supply base strategy
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier identification, negotiation, contract management, and commercial agreements tailored to temporary labor requirements
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with local labor laws, immigration requirements, and other applicable regulatory restrictions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers and agencies, regularly evaluating their performance to ensure high-level service delivery and labor supply reliability
- Proactively identify risks and implement business continuity measures to ensure uninterrupted labor supply
- Drive category related programs and initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, workforce quality, and process reliability
- Manage large-scale projects and processes within the region, aligned with the global category and supply base strategy, providing strategic input and delivering results with minimal supervision
- Work closely with the Global SCM Category Lead, Temporary Labor to implement and further improve the overall category strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in temporary labor category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement, preferably across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- In-depth understanding of legislative restrictions, labor laws, and compliance requirements for temporary staffing in targeted regions
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and optimize a high-performing supply base
- High level of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across large multinational organizations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English required; proficiency Arabic is highly desirable.
